THE FOUNDERS
Jerry Won and Justin Nguyen
Jerry Won and Justin Nguyen are the Founders of Always Be Creating and will serve as its interview hosts, newsletter editors, and community leaders.
They were inspired to launch Always Be Creating after their own experiences as creators and observations on the industry that lacked conversations on the business behind creators and opportunities for creators to learn practical tips and strategies to help their business grow, particularly from Asian creators.
Jerry Won is the founder of Just Like Media, home to award winning podcasts like Dear Asian Americans. He is a keynote speaker on authentic storytelling, the Asian American experience, and the creator economy. Jerry was formerly with Accenture Strategy and WeWork; he holds a BS from USC Marshall and an MBA from Michigan Ross.
Justin Nguyen is the founder of Declassified Media, home to the top raking Declassified College podcast and media brands that has grown to reach millions of college students each month. He is passionate about building personal brands on LinkedIn, helping Gen Z launch careers, and the creator economy. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida.
